Mindful Flow

Mindful Flow is a slow-paced class that brings you back to the here and now. Move mindfully between a series of yoga asanas (poses) and opening stretches, while focusing on unifying breath and movement to help you relax. Our teachers create a warm and welcoming atmosphere while offering opportunities to challenge your mobility, flexibility, and stability.

Whether you’re returning to your practice or are more experienced, this class is designed for every stage of your yoga journey, inviting you to explore your edge and respect your limits.

Restorative Flow

Restorative Flow is designed to rebalance your body and mind. The class begins with gentle, mindful movements, targeting tight hips, hamstrings, and shoulders. We then transition into 30–40 minutes of pure restorative bliss.

Bolsters and props hold you in deep poses, allowing you to drop into the parasympathetic “rest and digest” zone – proven to reduce stress, enhance digestion, restore energy, support healing, and balance hormones. We also target the softer tissues like fascia to release tension, improve flexibility, and promote injury prevention.

If this class doesn’t feel like taking an hour-long nap, it will definitely make you go “ahh.”

Slow Vinyasa

A stepping stone between Mindful Flow and Vinyasa Flow, Slow Vinyasa brings together mindful movement and breath to guide you through a series of yoga asanas (poses).

This class is strong but slow – allowing you to get to know the asanas as you move through the sequence. Perfect for someone wanting to start exploring a dynamic practice and those with more experience.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is an energising class designed to make you feel strong, confident, and empowered.

Stringing together yoga asanas (poses), we’ll flow through a sequence, focusing on unifying breath and movement to challenge your mobility, flexibility, and stability.

This class is dynamic and powerful, designed for those ready to deepen their practice and work towards stronger and fuller expressions of asana.

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a slow-paced class focused on functional and mindful mobility – from arms, shoulders, feet, and toes. Through gentle exercises, we aim to maintain and improve range of movement, flexibility, and balance. This is great for anyone who may have physical limitations, mobility issues, or difficulty getting down on the floor for traditional yoga poses.

Chair yoga offers many of the benefits of a regular yoga practice, like improved flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation, but it can be modified to accommodate a wide range of abilities and needs.

More than just a class; this is about community, where everyone is welcome to come and practice together.
