  • You can book classes through our website, on our Schedule page.

    After you’ve booked your first class, you can download the Momence App and book subsequent classes through there. You can also cancel classes on the app if you’re unable to make them.

  • For all our movement classes, we recommend wearing loose comfortable clothes. Or anything you’d wear to the gym.

    We suggest you bring a jumper for the relaxation part, as we tend to cool down quickly once we stop moving.

    For our mindfulness classes, wear something you’re comfortable in: jeans, leggings or jogging bottoms for example. And maybe a t-shirt and jumper to keep yourself warm.

    We may do some movement, but it’ll be very gentle, so bear that in mind.

  • Cancel more than 6 hours before the class for a full credit. If you do not show up to a class, you’re not automatically entitled to a refund.

    You can cancel through the Moment app or on your profile, here. Credit will be automatically applied to your account.

    But life happens, so if for some reason you're unable to make a class or can’t cancel, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

    Our cancellation policy is set at 6 hours is that this gives (just) enough notice for anyone on a waiting list to be able to make arrangements to attend a class.

  • Momence is the booking system we use. It’s 100% secure and private, and they can’t see any of your data.
